Many foggles call this document definitive so in someway I guess it is.
What I am attemping to do here is explain to the world at large what a
foggle is. However in the interest of science I am writing this document
as my contribution to the service of my culture.

What is a foggle
Foggles are very difficult to describe, they are after all a new species,
not many questions have been asked about their culture and social beliefs.
They are some individuals who believe that a foggle is a half caste, mulato,
mixture, and that is about as far from the truth that you can get. Yes we are
decsendents of such people, but we have come very far since then.

So what is a foggle?

My (uncles cousins brother) asked me to include this definition and I hope it

is fitting to what you should be thinking about yourself. A foggle is
someone who lives his life by the code of conduct of the culture that has evolved
over the past one Hundred years. The code is very simple, look out for your
people because is all you have. Without the community you are no one.
We are the by product of colonisation. A created ethnic minority with a
past that extends back less then a hundred and twenty years.

"The culture has become very sophiscated and developed levels of complexity far more advanced then the original species that provided the genetic material for this species," said a foggle lady who had schooled at a convent, and is now an anthropolist lecturer with some (not so sure of which) University. The code of conduct is hard to explain I guess you have to be a foggle to understand it.

The culture is now know as foggle culture. Anthropologist are having a field day, never before have they being able to see the evolution of a culture in its total.

There are people that are fighting over the land, one group from the African north
and the other from the Europe north of Africa. History tells us that they have no right to this land, the real owners are the foggles. This is the land where the culture was born.

Foggles have no specific color, there are no boundaries between black and
white. To become a foggle all one needs is to be plugged into the culture.

I know this guy who was as black(er) as night, and he was known as a foggle,
to be a (fogal) you have to be called one by some else that is already a foggle. Back in the day of our early evolutions, because of our earlier indoctrination Peter suffered racism amongst his own people. Now every foggles knows that to be a foggle it is not a color thing, it is an
attitude thing.

There was another foggle who was as white as snow( informer). And he wanted
me to let you know that it is okay to be who you are, so long as you dont forget the true nature or values you posses. Yes it is said that the beast in the goffle is a bastard, a foggle is someone who has conqueured that beast.

An apt(pupil) way of describing a foggles thinking is to say that their minds
work very much like a quantem computer. In general computing, a switch is
either on or off, in quantem computing a switch can be on and off at the same time, or
a strange mixture of both. This can be clearly seen in the language that foggles
speak.

Who can become a foggle
Anyone can be (come) a foggle(except skys Ouens, just joking, I am from
skys, I think). The culture is open to all those who feel they are
creative, open minded, enjoy a good time(gas), and those who feel
lost from their world. It is for those who feel. Anyone can become
a foggle.

What is culture
I feel that in order for me to define foggle culture, I will have to state
what I mean by culture. The Oxford Concise Dictionary goes on about, mental
improvement and cultivation. I have researched wide and far for a good
explanation to what culture is, my efforts were invain. An Oeun with a
masters(bait) degree suggested that "Culture is the art of living".

What is Foggle culture
The collective memory of the coloured(foggle, goffel, (jimmy)) people
who born a cultural heritage out of the soil of Zimbabwe.

On the culture front, we are a very social people, we have an oral tradition
we believe in sharing. The only thing more important then money is the life
of another foggle. It is an open source culture, (me casa su casa) and the
one thing you will always hear at a foggle house is " make yourself at home."

Those that follow the culture really mean it when they say that phrase. Foggles believe that no color boudaries exist and what really matters is for one to live a good life. A life full of laugther(sore stomach type) tears of joy and an altogether enjoyable life. And as such foggles, live long
after they are (rid of flesh). A friend of my mine died(RIP) over ten years ago but we still talk about him like he is at cabin and could not make it to what ever gathering we are having.

Any foggle could easily become a first rate butler, they have a way and maner
about them that makes them excellent hosts. Manners is learnt at home.
Showing manners to others is a very important aspect of the culture. Foggles
often address people who are of no blood relation as aunties or uncles as a
sign of respect.

At one of the many braai sessions I have being (attended) to,
a very good friend of mine gave me this excellant theory.
The theory is that the holy book states that only One hundred and forty four
thousand people would be saved. How many goffles are left in Zim? He ended
his theory. Okay that last statement has nothing to do with culture, sorry
got side tracked.

The culture has borrowed the best aspects of different cultures of the world.
We believe in voluntary mutual help, kinda like the (Bi) brother(bootah) thing. It is a
very networked culture. To be a apart of the culture you have to understand
these things and not only that, you also have to believe them.

The Ingriedeients
The foggle culture is very complex, I will however outline some things
that are generally practiced by the foggle people.

Despite being good talkers(rappers) Foggles are very good listeners. They will
give you the attention you deserve, according to your story telling ability.
Their minds are geared to spot a lie a mile off, so dont even waste your time
trying to con one. "We dont fall for that China."

Learn the language
The best way to understand the culture is through use of the language so
learnt it. Foggle can be learnt by anyone that can speak English, it has after all evolved
over English. (Foggleese) is an amazing language, the depth and breathe of its
vocabulary is beyond mental comprehension. For example I have just added a
new word to the foggle dictionary if your are a foggle you saw it, if you
are trying to become one understand its the name I gave our language.

I understand that having to learn ten different words that mean one thing
is a very daunting task.( bucks, cubs, blurk, dosh, dollar, cheddar, shac)
However there are some people who learn the language, just to give more
vocal attention to putting people down, this kind of behavour is likey to
get you frowned at.(mula, quids, deanero) Learning the language will build paths in your brain
that provide you with a larger scope for thinking.

The best way to learn the language is to mix with foggles.
foggles will accept any into their group as long as you abide by the rules
of the culture. The first rule is respect the second rule is respect. Every
foggle believes you give respect first.

All foggles are bilingual, but many are trilinual. Apart from foggleuse
they all speak english(made in england), but many have one of these as a
third language, shona, ndebele, portuguese, french, afrikaans, just to name
a few (shh the b language doesnt count).

The language is so complex it does not yet have a written form.
Technology however has introduced a small amount of written Foggleuse.
In foggleuse the English sound is reveresd, but writting the reverse
of the word wont make sense, so the written language appears to be
making up new spelling from the sound of the word. The good thing is that you wont be marked
for spelling errrors, as long as your letters make the required sound.

Learn a skill
It may sound like a joke when people say all foggles are mechanics,
but thats a true joke. All foggles have a skill, some build
motor bikes from scracth, some fix radios, some build robots, or revolving
DJ boxes. One thing runs true with the foggle mindset, they believe they
can fix things, organic or mechanic.

Certain skills however dominate, the foggle way of life.

Cooking
Foggle people are very good cooks, especially the women. Cooking skills
are handed from mother to daughter, friend to friend. The women take great
pride in their culnary skills, and to quote from the one Uncle, "Foggle women
can brew, you know why my son? because they cook with love."

Some people go to China(friend)[1] for a stir fry or India for a curry,
in a foggle womens kitchen the kitchens of the world have their center.
The best meals foggles eat, are not the ones they eat out, but rather
the ones they eat in.

Baking
I have come to understand that cooking and baking are two different
regions of the same stove. Baking is a skill that is also common among
foggles. I was at auntie nats house once and she brought me some tea
and some cake(carrot). So I asked her " Where did you buy this cake
mmm mmm it is Kaller" "Buy it?, I made it. " She replied with a smile.

Fixing Gees(cars)
Many foggles have knowledge on automobiles. the workings of the
combustion engine, is the one skill that Foggles have full claim to
the word master. As technology is advancing and the car engine, moves
into the arena of computing the skill is fading amongst the younger
generation. In my time, I have spent a day with some very skilled machs
and watched them transfer an engine from one car to another. At the end
of the day the engine in its new body was on the move.( Here I would like to
add a link to car storys, like what engines have being put in what bodies)

Fixing cars is complex skill, and to learn it means you will have to get
yourself apprenticed to one of the Foggle Masters. It is very hardwork but
the rewards are high, the sound of an engine that had once been thought
of as dead.

The sparky
The flow of current has always belonged in the house of the foggle.
Many foggles have skills in Electrics. The one uncle uncle got volted
and went flying through the air, but I heard he had a few beers after
and is feeling much better. B(l)ue to the left (R)ed to the right
and the funny one to the top. Electronics is like a microscopic look at electrics
so I will included it here. From transister to integrated circuit, many
foggles have taken this path, and because they always work with pride
and attention to detail, they achieve class in the manipulation of
current to the desired out put.

Computing
The foggle is a jack of all trades and a master of one. All foggles
can speak computer, part of the language is is taken from computer
terms. The foggleuse phrase "use your computer" means in English "use your
brain." Friends are called connections. A bad person is called a plug.

The guys talk about (Loop)ing a Babe. They talk about booting(Stop booting its
time to get online). So it comes as no surprise taking into consideration the fact, that foggles
have always been good with tools, that when it comes to computing foggles
are second to none.

Personal
The first web site was a foggle website, I tuning you, dont argue with
me china, the Ouen is my cousin. Okay what was it called. 01 dot com.
I`m jamming with your brain(computer). What is true is that the word foggle
came into existence right about the time they were building the first
personal computer.

Whats in a Name
The british by ways and means of colonisation, created what they called the
coloured. The colored was allowed the crumbs of the cake of the Rhodesian
empire(extention) As part of their indoctrination, the colourds where given
a set of beliefs, namley that they were superior to blacks, but inferior to
whites. The whites gave the coloured the derogatory name of goffle, and
in some way similar to the behaviour of the african americans the coloured
began to refer to each other as goffles. The change of name brought some
value for the communtity, and in a sense defined the culture. The eventual
change of the name to foggle, seen the mergance of a new culture.

By giving ourselfs our own chosen name, we found a sense of identity, with
that came pride. We knew ourselfs( temet dosce), and thus we were able to let
go of foolish pride. I am proud to be a foggle, and apart of this culture
and what it has come to represent. When someone calls you a foggle, count
yourself lucky because you my sisters and brothers are the chosen ones.
